Claims Processing

Introduction

The roles for the Claims Processing and Appeals division are many and varied.  They must provide support to the administrative law judges, the Workers' Compensation Board and complete each individual step in processing the required forms in a timely manner.  In order to do this efficiently, the division is divided into two branches:  Claims Processing and Appeals.  Within those branches are the Claims Assignment Section, the Agreement Section, the Case Files Section and Appeals.
