Claims Processing

Introduction

The roles for the Claims Processing and Appeals division are many and varied.  They must provide support to the administrative law judges, the Workers' Compensation Board and complete each individual step in processing the required forms in a timely manner.  The division is divided into four sections:  Claims Review Section, Claims Assignment/Case Files Section, Agreements Section and Appeals.
