The Department of Workers' Claims (DWC) has filed modifications to its practice regulations with the Legislative Research Commission.  803 KAR 25:010 was published on Tuesday, March 15, 2016.  803 KAR 25:014, repealing 803 KAR 25:009, was also published on Tuesday, March 15, 2016.

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing on the newly published regulations will be held on Monday, April 25, 2016, at 1:30 PM, in the Oscar Morgan Conference Room of the DWC, located at 657 Chamberlin Avenue, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601.  Requests to be heard at the hearing must be made in writing and sent to the attention of Charlie Lowther, General Counsel of the DWC, at the address above, and received by the DWC at least five days prior to the scheduled hearing.  Written comments also will be accepted by the DWC through close of business on Monday, May 2, 2016.

The DWC now has the ability to conduct regular Benefit Review Conference dockets by video at certain hearing sites. If you wish to connect through a different video system, please note: Outside entities wishing to video conference with the Department will need to have their video systems certified to be able to connect to the State's video conferencing systems.
