The Kentucky Occupational Safety and Health Standards for Construction and General Industry is available online or in hard copy. The publication contains only Kentucky-specific regulations adopted by the Kentucky Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board or the Kentucky Labor Cabinet which supersede OSHA standards.  Click Kentucky Only Standards to view and download the Kentucky Occupational Safety and Health Standards for Construction and General Industry online.  Email a request for a hard copy edition to Regulation Request.
