Training

The Office of Labor-Management Relations and Mediation (OLMRM) offers a variety of training programs designed to assist labor and management in moving toward a more cooperative and productive relationship. These programs are based on a two-way communication process and a commitment to understand and solve problems by using leadership training skills of the 21st century.

Each training program can be designed and presented to meet an organization's specific goals and needs. The training services are available to any interested organization. Training can be conducted on- or off-site.

Current Training Programs

The mission of the Office of Labor-Management Relations and Mediation is to provide essential resources to assist with workforce inter-relational needs for the commonwealth of Kentucky. Our goals include determining groups of prospective constituents, addressing current and prospective constituents' needs and developing innovative training programs and resources to meet their objectives.

Training programs are delivered with PowerPoint presentations and may include interactive exercises, role-playing activities, self-assessments and mini-case studies.
