Labor-Management Relations and Mediation offers a variety of training programs designed to assist labor and management in moving toward a more cooperative and productive relationship. These programs are based on a two-way communication process and a commitment to understand and solve problems by using leadership training skills of the 21st century.
Each training program can be designed and presented to meet an organization's specific goals and needs. The training services are available to any interested organization. Training can be conducted on- or off-site.
